There are things that you have experienced that I probably did not, but I did experience breaking some vicious cycles in my life.

Those cycles were beneficial when they started and provided a false sense of security, control, and numbness until they became the problem. Eventually, they did not make the pain numb and became the pain.

Then it was difficult to break out. There was a lot of: “This is the last time.”

With no trust and no faith – but with tremendous exhaustion – I just showed up. You can, too.

Just show up for your healing for yourself.

I am fortunate to do the work that I do. I feel that my experiences of being in those vicious cycles for some time in my life, my recovery, and freedom became my calling to help others.

I hold so much passion and care for the healing process of the body and mind. Coming from the world of movement for many years before becoming a therapist, I truly believe that the body and mind are one.

Your body is communicating with you all the time, and one of the ways to heal is to learn to listen and not to push away.

It is my mission to help you take off the masks; use your voice; express your needs, wants, and live your life as your authentic self.

There are different kinds of cycles in our lives.

Being stuck in a cycle is exhausting.

You don’t believe those cycles will ever end or that you can set yourself free from the familiar misery. You are so tired. So tired of the unhealthy cycle you are living. Today is the day that you’ve had enough.

I thought the same and was proven wrong.

You can break the cycle. You can be free. You can have your own space and be your authentic self – respecting who you are!

You don’t deserve to live life in a constant refrain that you are not enough. Not smart enough, not beautiful enough, not loved enough, not enough. Period.

This core belief can be changed. This core belief should be changed.

This story that you tell yourself or have heard from others can be rewritten by you.

So how do you break the cycle?

Healing is possible and rewarding, but it takes work, dedication, trust, and patience.

Suppose you think of running – don’t. You have run many times, and here you are back to the same place stuck in the unhealthy cycle of behaviors.

The first thing that you need to start with is to show up for yourself.

Nothing more.

Show up for you, and the rest will follow with time.
